Frequently Asked Questions

Who will be working on my resume?

You'll work with James throughout the entire process from start to finish!

What kind of clients have you worked with?

We've written resumes for professionals from all backgrounds, ranging from new graduates to seasoned executives.

How long does the process take?

The standard turnaround time is seven business days.

Do you guarantee results?

No trustworthy resume writer should guarantee interviews or job placement, but we can assure you that we will provide you with well-written documents that adhere to industry standards.

There are too many factors outside of our control (such as your experience level, quality of other applicants, and your interview performance) that prevent us from guaranteeing results.

However, based on the feedback we receive, our clients do tend to be successful in their subsequent job searches.

Do you have samples of work that I can see?

Of course! We have samples on display on the services page. However, keep in mind that they're provided to illustrate the quality of work. Your resume may differ based on your own experience and objectives.

Why are your prices so high?

Preparing quality work takes time. We go through a lengthy process with each client that consists of:

  • One-on-one Consultation

  • Reviewing your initial documents

  • Conducting external research

  • Writing

  • Follow-up

  • Revision

  • Finalization

The sum of these components can add up to a full work day.

We know for a fact that many larger resume writing companies offer a much more automated service and frequently outsource their writing internationally.

Our clients hire us because we promise - and deliver on - exceptional quality.

We pride ourselves on the strength of documents we produce and price our services accordingly.

Do your services actually work?

We'll let our reviews speak for themselves!

Our fee is likely less than 1% of your annual salary - we think it's worth the career investment!
