I founded Final Draft Resumes because I saw too many qualified professionals getting passed over for roles they were built for. The problem was never the experience, but how it was being communicated on paper.
I bring a combined 20 years of professional writing and communications experience to every engagement.
Before building this practice, I was a technical writer in the STEM space, where I translated complex, high-stakes work into clear language that could be easily recognized and understood by audiences. That's the same skill set I apply to resume writing.
Every client works directly with me, and the process starts with a conversation where I learn your career story firsthand, and the resume I write is built from that conversation, coupled with my own judgement from years of experience working with professionals like you.
