I started Final Draft Resumes because I saw too many qualified leaders getting passed over for roles they were built for. The problem was never their experience. It was how that experience was being communicated on paper.
I bring over 12 years of business communications and technical writing experience to every engagement. Before building this practice, I worked in the environmental sciences and engineering space, where I learned how to translate complex, high-stakes work into clear, compelling language. That's the same skill set I apply to executive resumes.
